Steps To File A Complaint


Initial Reporting

Please provide detailed information about your complaint using our online form. Make sure to include relevant dates, times, transaction IDs, etc.

We recommend attaching any supportive documentation or screenshots that could help us understand the issue better.



Once your complaint is submitted, you will receive an acknowledgment email within 24 hours, containing your complaint reference number.



Our dedicated team will thoroughly review the details and conduct an investigation.

We aim to resolve most complaints within 7 business days. However, complex issues might take up to 30 days.



After the investigation, we will communicate our findings and the resolution steps taken.
